Breathe & Plan classes are available for educators and parents raising children with disabilities. We hope to provide a wellness approach to supporting families and educators while fostering community. Group classes and 1-1 consulting are available.
Amanda is teaching a gentle yoga flow free for all Montgomery County Public School staff on Wednesdays at 4:15 PM. This class is located in-person at Stephen Knolls School in Silver Spring, Maryland. This class is chair and mat accessible.
